Build an AI lab in a deep management sim about the race to AGI. Recruit researchers, train models, secure funding and outmaneuver rival labs. Balance growth against safety, manage your team and face the consequences of every launch.

Run your own AI company in a deep management simulation. Recruit a research team, fund expensive training runs and launch models while rival labs compete for the next breakthrough. Your ambition is artificial general intelligence. Getting there takes money, talent and difficult decisions.

Build your team. Recruit researchers and engineers, develop their skills and manage morale, workload and burnout.
Invest in research and compute. Choose research projects, plan model training and divide scarce resources between capability and safety.
Compete for the market. Launch AI products, attract customers and track the progress of rival labs.
Fund your ambitions. Manage cash runway, negotiate funding rounds and navigate your board’s expectations.
Live with the consequences. Respond to crises and decide when a model is ready to ship. Growth and safety do not always pull in the same direction.

A warm, print-inspired interface turns the company into your desk: research, people, finances and news come together in one place. Develop a strategy, adapt when plans unravel and lead your lab in the race to AGI.
